To ensure your holiday home is enjoyable our staff have been trained in the enhanced cleaning protocols for Covid-19 to help keep our guests as safe as possible. We have taken guidance from the World Health Organisation on what steps self-catering accommodation providers must take, these steps MUST be taken by every guest to ensure our staff are protected as much as our guests and form part of your rental agreement, Guests will be charged from their security deposit or charged by card for not carrying out these tasks. We thank you in advance for helping to keep everyone safe. 

· Please ensure you leave the cottage as clean & tidy as possible. 

· Please remove your bedding and towels (but not the mattress or pillow protectors) and place in the coloured laundry bag/s which you will find with this folder or under the kitchen sink. Please place the bag by the front door before you depart the cottage. This is critical to the safety of our staff and property owners. 

· Please ensure all food is removed from cupboards/fridges/freezers and that all bins including bathroom pedal bins are emptied, you must remove all of your rubbish from the cottage before you leave and place in the bins provided. Please check your welcome guide for details of the rubbish system. 

· Please put all your kitchen items in the dishwasher and set it running or wash up before you leave. 

· Your departure time is 10AM, please ensure you adhere to this to allow our housekeepers entry, if for any reason you plan to depart before this time please let our housekeeping team know on 07784758483. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF ANY OF YOUR PARTY DEVELOP ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 DURING YOUR STAY YOU MUST INFORM BOTH THE BOOKING AGENTS AND OURSELVES IMMEDIATLEY.

Please only call us out of hours for emergencies such as water, heating or electrical issues, and fire or access problems. If you want to make us aware of anything during your stay, but it is not an emergency, you can email us on the details above and it will be dealt with at the soonest possible convenience.
